Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of our ResCare HomeCare or All Ways Caring Branch. This includes managing all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business leaders, and ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business leaders
  • Ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Select, train, and develop branch staff
  • Monitor and supervise staff performance
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment and selection processes
  • Oversee Human Resources, including interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and employee relations


Requirements

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience required
  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
  • Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
  • Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues
  • Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs
  • BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience
