Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Line Specialist to join our team at ECOS in Lacey, WA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production line, from labeling and filling products to packaging and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are properly labeled, filled, and packaged according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain filling equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a production environment.
- Familiarity with filling equipment and production processes.
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
