Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Tele unit at Saint Francis Hospital Memphis. As a member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care to assigned patients, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree) preferred.
  • CPR certification.
