Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Tele unit at Saint Francis Hospital Memphis. As a member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as appropriate
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree) preferred
  • CPR certification
