Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Hilo Driver to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Hilo Driver, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Stand-Up Hilo/Forklift to receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility. You'll also be part of our pay for skills program, which allows you to continue building skills and increasing your compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe and accurate manner
  • Operate a Stand-Up Hilo/Forklift to move goods throughout the facility
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience
  • Ability to drive a Stand-Up Hilo/Forklift
  • Basic math skills, including counting, adding, and subtracting
  • Ability to work cooperatively within the team and with members of other teams
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing environment
