Overview:

White Plains Hospital Physician Associates is seeking dedicated radiologists to enhance our expanding team. The selected individuals will be instrumental in providing top-tier medical care while maintaining our dedication to clinical excellence and superior patient satisfaction.

Available Positions:

  • Breast Imaging Radiologist
  • Chest/Body Imaging Radiologist
  • General Body Imaging Radiologist
  • Neuroradiologist
  • Nuclear Medicine Radiologist
  • Ultrasound Body Imaging Radiologist
  • MRI Focused Fellowship including Ultrasound/CT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze medical images to diagnose various conditions.
  • Provide precise and timely radiology reports outlining findings and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and treatment strategies.
  • Conduct interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, angiography, and image-guided therapies.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to address complex cases and contribute to patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the radiology department.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology, imaging techniques, and medical knowledge, and engage in continuing medical education to ensure proficiency in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Active New York Medical License/NY State DEA.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.
  • A robust work ethic and a commitment to a collaborative, performance-driven healthcare environment.
