Job Summary:
The Multi-Tech LMRT is responsible for executing clinical and radiological tasks in compliance with licensing requirements while also managing front desk responsibilities. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the HCA Code of Conduct and the Mission and Value Statements.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Focus on enhancing patient quality and convenience.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform all necessary x-ray procedures as per provider instructions and document patient records accurately.
  • Assist with various clinical duties including taking vital signs, patient histories, and preparing exam rooms.
  • Support front desk operations by checking patients in and out, managing records, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Participate in staff meetings and remain informed about policies and practices.
  • Comply with all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Services program is required.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care environment is preferred.
  • Must possess a Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in the state of residency.
  • BLS certification and federal screening certifications must be obtained within the first month of employment.
