This is a full-time position with three 12-hour shifts per week, alternating holidays and every other weekend. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides care to patients in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support nursing staff with procedures, transfers, and patient care.
  • Monitor patients' environments for safety hazards and report any concerns.
  • Keep patient rooms clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire required.
  • Nurse Aide credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
  • High School diploma equivalency or one year of applicable experience required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $38,000 and $48,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
