Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective instruction and facilitate classroom discussions in various subjects, including Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to suggest modifications and accommodations to lesson plans, ensuring successful implementation through team teaching and co-teaching.
- Submit lesson plans to the Instructional Leadership Team and maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the unique needs of each student in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children.
- Proven expertise in Autism and experience working in multicultural settings serving youth is highly valued.
- The ability to complete and pass clearances is essential for this role.
