Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and consistently deliver excellent service.
- Accurately obtain vehicle information and recommend routine maintenance services.
- Identify mechanical issues through questioning or visual inspection, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Create and manage vehicle service schedules, prepare work orders accordingly.
- Cultivate open communication with customers regarding inspection findings, repair estimates, and suggested services.
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and upkeep in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to minimize repeat issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Preferred: Land Rover, Jaguar, or High Line experience.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Dependability, enthusiasm, warmth, and a positive attitude.
- Leader in service with verifiable CSI scores.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
