Qualifications include:

- 6+ years of experience in credit practices and procedures, spread analysis, lending, and underwriting concepts
- Advanced knowledge of credit scoring, credit analysis, financial statements, credit reports, debt ratios, and loan-to-value information
- Ability to manage a staff

- Ability to resolve problems and make sound decisions
- Good customer relations and communication skills
- Working knowledge of various software applications
