Requirements
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is essential.
  • HVAC certification and apartment industry experience are highly valued.
  • Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment is required.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance are expected.
  • The ability to manage physical tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of fair housing laws, confidentiality, and safety protocols is necessary.
