Rehabilitation Hospital Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix.

**Job Summary:**

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process
* Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
* Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers as appropriate
* Participate in discharge planning process

**Requirements:**

* Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
* Inpatient rehabilitation experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
