Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Wexford Health Sources, Inc. Our team of healthcare professionals provides high-quality medical and mental health services to justice-involved patients.

About the Role:
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Under the clinical guidance of Registered Nurses, direct and guide patient teaching activities commensurate with education and demonstrated competencies.
  • Implement medical plans through administering medications and interventions in accordance with provider instructions.
  • Document nursing encounters, patient response, effectiveness, complications, etc., and communicate information to supervisory personnel and physicians.
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted New Mexico Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional experience preferred.
