Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized dining experiences for golf events, receptions, and wine dinners
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs to maintain profitability
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive culinary innovation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving culinary excellence
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
