Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and maintaining executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor communication, and on-site assistance.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team and the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or management is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
