Managing over 100 emails daily from case managers.

Reviewing master files to identify previously addressed cases, referencing case numbers and check numbers using Microsoft Excel.

Engaging directly with customers to initiate new cases and set up reimbursement accounts.

We seek candidates with strong customer service abilities, proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and effective multitasking skills.

Agents will operate on a hybrid schedule, working in the office on designated days and remotely on others.

This is a contract role with the possibility of extension, situated within a newly established department, which may undergo adjustments throughout the contract duration.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

At least one year of experience in customer service and order processing.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in executing simple V-lookups to align catalog items with company SKUs.

Fundamental computer and typing skills.

Familiarity with Outlook for email communication.

Preferred:

Experience in high-volume customer service environments.

Soft Skills:

Empathy and understanding.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.

Openness to learning and adapting to changes.

Attention to detail.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.
