Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of Crew Members to achieve outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards
  • Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift
  • Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
  • Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production
  • Train new team members on critical job functions
