We are looking for an experienced Kids Fitness Instructor to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 2-12, developing their motor skills and promoting a love of sports and fitness.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interactive fitness programs for young children. This will involve creating a safe and supportive learning environment, demonstrating positive role-modeling behavior, and fostering strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality fitness programs for children aged 2-12.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children during sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Be able to pass a background check.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, patience, attentiveness, and reliability when working with children.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Have prior experience working with children in a fitness or educational setting.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary starts at $21 per hour and increases based on experience and performance. We also offer flexible scheduling, bonus programs, professional development opportunities, and reimbursement for first aid/CPR certifications.
