- Assess patients' conditions and determine the best course of treatment
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed

- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification
