Job Summary

We are seeking an Architect Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to design, participate in client development and marketing, manage projects, and oversee the development of construction documents and specifications on architectural projects of varying types and sizes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and design buildings where people live, work, and learn.
  • Support business growth by assisting with client development and marketing efforts.
  • Manage projects from proposal preparation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and expected profit levels are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Assist in the analysis of reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan and design projects.
  • Oversee the coordination of work with project coordinators, team members, and other consultants involved in the project.
  • Ensure that projects meet the required design and quality control standards.
  • Manage project budgets and finances.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Architect - State of Nebraska (ability to obtain additional licensure in surrounding states and NCARB certification a plus).
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
  • Strong design and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and communicate effectively with project team members.
