Position Summary
The Assembler II is responsible for executing repetitive assembly tasks to mass-produce various products, including windows, doors, trusses, panels, and stairs. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components by placing parts in specified arrangements.
- Secure parts using bolts, clips, screws, or adhesives.
- Identify and remove defective products.
- Operate machinery for fastening operations on the assembly line.
- Rotate through different workstations as production demands change.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Up to six months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in carpentry is preferred.
