Primary Responsibilities:
- Quality Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Data Interpretation: Review test outcomes and production metrics to detect patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all quality assurance practices align with industry regulations, corporate standards, and environmental policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities, test outcomes, and inspections.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and address quality-related problems, implement corrective measures, and collaborate with production teams to mitigate and prevent quality issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential enhancements in processes and contribute to the formulation and execution of best practices.
- Staff Training: Offer training and support to production personnel on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, ideally in the cement or construction materials sector.
