Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair issues with the grounds, common areas, amenities, apartments, and buildings of the community.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
  • Operate hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Appliance repair experience is a must.
  • Pass a general maintenance test.
  • EPA Certified is recommended.
  • Pass a drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check.
