• Hand-toss pizza dough to order
• Assemble and top a variety of pizza and calzone recipes
• Bake pizzas and calzones in a stone oven
• Organize and expedite orders for the front-of-house team
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen
• Be adaptable and willing to assist in various tasks as needed

• Previous experience in a pizza kitchen is preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety procedures is a plus, but not required
