Role Summary: The Healthcare Project Manager serves as the guiding force for both clients and project teams. You will navigate the project landscape, build relationships, and ensure that the team remains aligned with budgets, timelines, and objectives while delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team, facilitate internal and external meetings, and act as the primary contact for clients while managing budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Stay informed about healthcare trends, focusing on creating supportive environments, enhancing clinical workflows, and improving patient experiences, with a keen understanding of staff recruitment and retention, infection control, and technology integration.
  • Implement the Front End Alignment process to define, assess, and align project scope, resources, and compensation before proposals are issued.
  • Engage in proposal development and participate in interviews.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive work plan to achieve project objectives and timelines, holding the team accountable for their responsibilities.
  • Make independent decisions and empower team members while effectively managing challenging discussions.
  • Adhere to JLG's standards to produce high-quality documentation that meets industry codes and technical requirements.
  • Ensure that all project documents are well-coordinated and aligned with the project goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving project goals, budgets, and timelines for projects with construction budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, methods, and contemporary building trends.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the architectural business and construction processes to effectively budget, plan, and lead projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of building codes, science, and JLG's processes and standards.
  • Strong verbal, graphic, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current architectural licensure and NCARB record.

Additional Requirements: Portfolio submission is required.
