SCHEDULE:
Monday through Thursday from 8 PM until the completion of nightly picking tasks.

Additional days may be required based on business demands.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Warehouse Team by setting a positive example and cultivating a cohesive workforce.

Ensure all warehouse staff effectively utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) during their daily operations.

Oversee the receiving and placement of all inbound products.

Establish and supervise daily replenishment tasks.

Accountable for reporting and investigating any damage to equipment, products, and facilities within the warehouse.

Manage all warehouse personnel effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations.

Oversee the timely completion of the nightly picking process.

Prepare various reports and documentation as necessary, including but not limited to invoice generation, safety protocols, and production records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field is required.

Thorough understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

5+ years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industry.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Frequent hand movements while operating warehouse machinery, phones, and computers; operation of a two-way radio.

Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds to perform assigned duties.

Occasional reaching, both immediate and overhead, to complete various tasks.

Regular walking and standing for short durations to fulfill job responsibilities.

Frequent sitting for extended periods at a desk or workstation.

Regular squatting or bending to perform various office-related tasks.
