Job Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Jobs for Humanity, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly activities within the warehouse, providing leadership and motivation to the team, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to meet/exceed established KPI expectations
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain appropriate levels
  • Prepare and distribute work schedules
  • Manage warehouse fleet and material handling equipment
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and performance expectations
  • Train associates on position-related processes and procedures
  • Ensure national, state, and local regulations are followed

Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1-3 years leading in distribution or warehouse environment
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience with warehouse management (WMS) preferred
