About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer care to individuals navigating complex healthcare plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via multiple channels, including phone, email, and web chat
  • Use computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow policies and standard operating procedures, including HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist customers with filling out online applications and submitting electronically to plan providers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times
  • Must participate in internal CCO training and certify in Tier I Claims Part A, Claims Part B, and Claims DME training
