Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times
- Report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or manager
- Complete required documentation and charting in a timely and accurate manner
- Current MO CNA certification (if working in MO) or KS CNA and Home Health aide certification (if working in KS)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The CNA will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care and support to residents in our Assisted Living community. The associate will be frequently subject to inside environmental conditions and may be exposed to infectious diseases.
The physical demands of this role include maximum occasional lift of 75 lbs, maximum occasional carry of 5 lbs 100 ft, and maximum occasional push/pull horizontal of 40 lbs at 36 inches height for 100 ft.
