Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

• Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash and credit transactions, as well as inventory management and control
