This role is essential in supporting our mission to assist families in accessing financial aid. You will engage with various stakeholders, including Third Party Agencies and our customers, to facilitate funding processes and educate families about available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and managing account-related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to provide assistance and information regarding our services.
  • Resolve client issues by identifying the root cause, proposing effective solutions, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Adhere to internal protocols for initiating third-party payments and monitor account transactions.
  • Collaborate with external entities to ensure families receive the necessary financial support.
  • Assist families in gathering required documentation for financial aid eligibility.
  • Perform reconciliation of outstanding payments and follow established procedures to secure funds.
  • Support colleagues across the organization as needed.
  • Complete additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data entry and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 10 Key data entry.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.
