Senior Digital Product Strategist for E-commerce Transformation

Cox Communications is seeking a skilled Lead Product Manager to drive customer shopping experiences that boost sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction for Cox Residential and Mobile product offerings.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to creatively solve complex business problems using tools and technology to meet customer needs. The Lead Product Manager will leverage customer analytics to analyze and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience for specific journeys through our digital ecosystem.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned product manager to lead the development of digital products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Spearheading digital strategy and execution efforts for customer shopping experiences, including product concept creation, development process management, solution testing, and launch to all markets.
- Translating business objectives into clear and defined business requirements to drive functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Developing a documented product vision and strategy that aligns with and/or enhances customer needs, market trends, and corporate strategy.
- Directing the prioritization of product improvements and necessary resources across the product portfolio to optimize customer experience and increase conversion.
- Developing and managing Product Roadmaps to sequence delivery of capabilities in fulfillment of the product strategy based on business priorities.
- Participating in the development of business cases that define the product value proposition to support product and services roadmap investments in collaboration with business partners.
- Analyzing customer behavior insights and product performance metrics to identify friction in the user experience and leverage data to inform future roadmap delivery.
- Identifying customer expectations and unmet needs with product and services to innovate and create solutions that address gaps and enhance customer experience.
- Directing product features from ideation through deployment.
- Identifying key performance metrics that measure success of tactics employed to deliver on product strategy; reviewing insights with internal stakeholders, leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Effectively and transparently communicating current product state to include roadmap, successes, opportunities, and ensuring clear alignment to vision across the organization.
- Proactively building and maintaining relationships across the organization and leveraging those relationships to effectively manage and deliver upon customer experience outcomes.
- Assisting in the creation and optimization of operational practices and procedures to drive efficiency.
- Participating in strategic planning, roadmap development, and budgeting activities.
- Capable of documenting Epics, Features, and User Stories in delivery of product capabilities.
- Leveraging subject matter expertise of Agile methodologies to drive efficient delivery through technology teams and optimize the work flowing through the digital team.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A BS/BA degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
- At least 6 years of experience required in a related field (e.g., Technology, Marketing, Process Improvement, etc.).
- 4+ years of direct experience as a Product Manager.
- 3 or more years in digital product delivery, digital marketing, web strategy, web development, or equivalent.
- 3 years' experience in a management/leadership role.
- Ability to lead product ideation, discovery, and delivery in an Agile environment with a strong focus on collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities that can be impacted by shifting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
- Experience with digital product lifecycle and adherence to digital product development methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong technical and market knowledge.
- Open to some travel, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications or high-tech environments.
- Agile delivery experience - SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or similar.
- Jira Project Tracking Software experience.
- Experience with website design and user experience flows.
- Design Thinking Training, Certification, or Experience.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $106,700.00 - $177,900.00 per year, depending on factors such as location and candidate qualifications.
Cox Communications offers eligible employees the flexibility to take vacation time with pay, seven paid holidays, up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually, and additional paid time off for bereavement leave, voting leave, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
