About the Role:

Big NIL Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized NIL Brand Ambassador Intern to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting Big NIL's student-athlete opportunities and custom products through the NIL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and contact student-athletes via in-person, online, and through social networking to promote Big NIL's opportunities and products.
  • Research student-athletes and invite them to sign up with Big NIL.
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating student-athlete candidates.
  • Develop social media strategies to engage with student-athletes and promote Big NIL's products.
  • Develop product marketing campaigns to secure new student-athletes and increase brand awareness.
  • Create website content, including blogs, to attract new student-athletes and showcase Big NIL's expertise in social media.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends and inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations.
  • Develop new strategies for increasing student-athlete and fan engagement.
  • Assist with photo/video content shoots to showcase Big NIL's products and student-athletes.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Brand Ambassador/Marketing roles is highly recommended.
  • Strong understanding of college/high school sports, fan apparel, and the local community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
