We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming environment
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness
• Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
• Provide studio tours and guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth
• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
