About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating the AI-powered shopping tool
  • Assisting customers throughout their shopping experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey
  • Acting as the go-to resource for customer and store team needs, resolving issues as they arise
  • Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience

About You

We are looking for a friendly, personable, and ambitious individual who is comfortable building lasting relationships with customers and store staff. You should be willing to go out of your way to help the customer, provide exceptional customer service, and drive usage. Previous working experience as an on-site promoter or in retail, hospitality is a plus.
