Brand Ambassador

This role focuses on helping retailers unify the in-store and online shopping experience for customers. As the Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the AI shopping tool and the first impression for our brand and the stores we represent.

Engage with customers as they enter the store, demonstrate how the products work, and encourage usage. Assist customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure their journey is smooth and seamless. Act as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.

You will be a friendly, personable individual who can build lasting relationships with customers and store staff. You will be willing to go out of your way to help the customer, provide exceptional customer service, and drive usage. You will be able to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot as issues arise.
