Job Title: Compounder

Job Overview

The Compounder plays a crucial role in the production of client-specific products by meticulously adhering to established protocols. This position requires the interpretation and execution of detailed instructions to ensure the creation of bulk products that meet the client's exact specifications. The manufacturing process aligns with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complies with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Configure manufacturing machinery to facilitate various production tasks.
  • Log all labor activities into the central database accurately.
  • Document all pertinent actions in equipment logbooks for traceability.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing equipment is verified for suitability and sanitation.
  • Confirm raw material Barcode Tickets and batch card details for accuracy.
  • Notify supervisors regarding any discrepancies in raw material information.
  • Adhere to client instructions and report any deviations in the process.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for bulk product sampling.
  • Prepare bulk storage tanks for incoming product deliveries and assist in unloading.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of manufacturing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide routine DI Water samples to the Quality Assurance Laboratory.
  • Carry out minor preventative maintenance tasks as required.
  • Perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the manufacturing area and equipment.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site.

Compensation & Shifts

  • Available Shifts:
  • Weekend Shift: 7pm - 7am Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday.
  • 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am, Sunday to Thursday.
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Hourly Pay: $21-27 based on experience.
  • Weekly Payment Schedule.
  • Contract-to-hire position with benefits.
