**Job Title: Compounder****Job Description**The compounder is responsible for manufacturing a customer’s product by following a set of written instructions. This activity involves the interpretation and execution of written instructions that result in a bulk product conforming to the customer’s specifications. The manufacturing operation complies with SOP and FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations. Compounder level and compensation will be determined by successful completion and verification of levels in the Compounder Skill Level Chart.**Hard Skills**+ Clean and sanitize manufacturing related equipment and utensils+ Set-up manufacturing equipment to support specific operations+ Scan all labor activities into the central computer system+ Document all relevant activities in equipment logbooks+ Verify that manufacturing equipment is suitable for use and sanitized+ Verify raw material Barcode Tickets and manufacturing batch card information+ Advise supervisor of any raw material information nonconformance+ Follow customer’s written instructions and report process deviations+ Advise Quality Assurance Group for bulk product sampling+ Prepare bulk storage tanks for new product receipts and participate in unloading+ Perform daily monitoring of manufacturing systems+ Provide Quality Assurance Laboratory with routine DI Water samples+ Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks+ Perform scheduled/routine cleaning and painting of manufacturing area and equipment**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Lakewood, New Jersey.**Pay & Shift**+ Shifts Available:+ Weekend Shift: 7pm - 7am Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday+ 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am, Sunday to Thursday+ 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday to Friday+ Pay: $21-27 an hour (based on experience)+ Paid Weekly+ Contract to hire with benefits offered+ Medical/dental/vision, 401k plan**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
