Assembly Line Supervisor

VitalPath is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembly Line Lead to join our team in Maplewood. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of assembly line workers and ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of assembly line workers and provide on-the-job training as needed
- Responsible for quality control, including daily in-process inspection and documentation control
- Collect and report data to Shift Supervisor and ensure 100% adherence to manufacturing process requirements
- Take initiative to find work when necessary and identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent or related work experience and/or training
- 1 to 3 years of medical device experience in a clean room environment
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Must be willing to work in a team environment and promote teamwork among others
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of safety and documentation
- Basic computer skills: Excel, Word
- Lifting and moving up to 50lbs, must be able to work with a microscope, and sit for an extended period of time
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and cGMP
- Understand basic blueprints/specifications
- General math skills with metric conversions
