Job Summary:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in the patient care team at Holy Rosary Hospital. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support to patients, assisting with various tasks and procedures as instructed by licensed professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with hygiene care, obtain vital signs, and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Perform 12-lead EKG duties, apply and document restraints, and assist with patient transfers and admissions.
  • Maintain patient charts, respond to phone calls, and provide equipment care and cleaning.
  • Assist physicians and RNs as directed, and perform various patient care tasks such as weight, height, vitals, intake/output measures, and specimen collection.

Requirements:

Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program, certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Montana, and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification are required. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of previous experience in a healthcare setting. Regular attendance and ability to work nights and/or weekends are required for this position.
