As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in the patient care team at Holy Rosary Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with hygiene care, obtain vital signs, and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Perform 12-lead EKG duties, apply and document restraints, and assist with patient transfers and admissions.
- Maintain patient charts, respond to phone calls, and provide equipment care and cleaning.
- Assist physicians and RNs as directed, and perform various patient care tasks such as weight, height, vitals, intake/output measures, and specimen collection.
Requirements:
Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program, certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Montana, and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification are required. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of previous experience in a healthcare setting. Regular attendance and ability to work nights and/or weekends are required for this position.
