Key Responsibilities:
As a Work Experience Program Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

* Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants
* Manage and conduct analysis of work experience activities to ensure implementation of policies and procedures
* Accurately review, enter, and complete WEX Timesheets into the DWFS Timesheet Management system
* Communicate effectively with DWFS Corporate staff to follow Corporate WEX review process, resolve paycheck and timesheet issues as needed
* Ensure coordination of regional scheduling for New Hire Orientations for WEX participants
* Track outcomes and manage contractual goals related to the Work Experience Program

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience, preferably in implementation or interpretation of policies and procedures and/or workforce development
* At least 1-year experience building business relationships OR at least 1 year related workforce development experience
* Strong computer skills, with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software programs
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, or through electronic means
