Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our concept, giving studio tours, working with trainers, selling memberships, and participating in marketing and outreach events.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
  • Present our concept to interested customers, highlighting the benefits of our workout
  • Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and equipment
  • Work with trainers to guide new customers through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships to help our studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
