About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy fitness classes and workshops
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to members
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our fitness programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, trainers, and studio staff
  • Assist with studio operations, including scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
