RN - IMCU (Intermediate Care) Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on delivering evidence-based care to patients with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or compact multi-state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
- Experience in critical care or IMCU preferred
