**Job Summary:** GradBay is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Network Management: Monitor and manage our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to quickly respond to and contain security breaches.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our systems and processes comply with relevant security regulations and standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our systems and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of security measures into our systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, system administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Level 1 IAT certification (A+, CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+, CE, or SSCP).
  • Clearance: Must hold and maintain a U.S. government Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security Tools: Experience with security tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, and JIRA/Confluence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with DoD/Federal security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and NIST regulations.
  • System Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Proficiency with security tools across the SDLC including Tenable/Nessus, Splunk, vCenter/VMWare, Anti-virus protection (McAfee/Trellix), Windows and Linux OS, and related Defense in Depth tools.
