Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mammography Technologist II to join our team at Outpatient Imaging Culpeper. As a key member of our imaging center, you will be responsible for performing breast imaging procedures and related techniques, producing high-quality data for interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Responsibilities
  • Perform breast imaging procedures and related techniques, producing data for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
  • Perform bone density or x-ray procedures as needed.
  • Ensure services are performed in a safe environment, adhering to established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other Mammography technologists as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practice.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiology or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and Mammography.
  • State licensure requirement for the state in which you practice.
  • BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
