Position Summary

We are currently in search of a Service Advisor to enhance our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and ensure efficient flow in the service area, providing prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Offer concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked.

  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain strong employee relations.

Compensation Structure

  • The Service Advisor position features a pay scale that includes a base hourly wage of $15.50. Additionally, there is potential for production bonuses based on individual or team performance, which can range significantly.
  • Fully trained and motivated service advisors can expect to earn between $29,760 to $125,000+ annually, inclusive of base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
