Position Summary
We are currently in search of a Service Advisor to enhance our customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and ensure efficient flow in the service area, providing prompt and courteous service to customers.
- Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
- Offer concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked.
- Maximize the daily utilization of technicians' time for servicing customers.
- Efficiently allocate work among technicians.
- Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company benchmarks.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering necessary parts and tools.
- Oversee warranty claims administration and support training within the service department.
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain strong employee relations.

Compensation Structure
- The Service Advisor position features a pay scale that includes a base hourly wage of $15.50. Additionally, there is potential for production bonuses based on individual or team performance, which can range significantly.
- Fully trained and motivated service advisors can expect to earn between $29,760 to $125,000+ annually, inclusive of base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
