Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. As a Disability Assessment Specialist, you will review behavioral health records electronically and conduct comprehensive assessments in person on each veteran.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure web portal
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in person on each veteran
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the web portal

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program/school
  • Active and unrestricted psychology license
  • Meets credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
  • Benefits malpractice insurance covered by MRG
  • Health insurance options available

Work Schedule

This is an in-person position, working 5 days a week (8 am-4 pm). As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own schedule and workload.
