Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in McLean, VA. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a flexible schedule with guaranteed pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless client service
  • Participate in monthly in-house professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid orientation, PTO, and annual pay increases
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

  • Guaranteed pay up to $138,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
  • Flexible schedule with extended hours (7am-10pm, seven days a week)
